Stonegate recently completed an ROI calculator and wireless case study database for IBM.

The ROI calculator allows sales personnel to help prospects get a reliable table for their project return on investment figures, time to cost payback, and cost benefit.

The calculator allows detailed input of project parameters, including estimated time savings for users, average hourly wages, cost of hardware and software materials, etc. But it also allows IBM to create template scenarios, as approximations, for use as starting points, so that all a sales person need do to complete a calculation is modify the necessary parameters to match the values of a particular prospect.

The system also allows sales personnel to search for case studies which might be of interest to prospects. The case studies can be printed on the fly, and emailed to prospects. The system maintains its own metrics, so that effectiveness and use can be easily monitored and tracked by management.
